We invite you to discover a midweek moment of calm with our Tranquil Thursdays at Spá na Mara experience.

Begin your journey by unwinding in our sea-view thermal suite, allowing the warmth and gentle rhythms of the water to ease you into relaxation. You will then enjoy a 25-minute back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by your choice of one additional 25 minute taster treatment: a mini facial, scalp massage, or reflexology (subject to availability). Each treatment is thoughtfully designed to release tension and restore balance.

Your experience continues in our relaxation suite, where you can take time to rest, recharge and enjoy a refreshing drink before moving to our Bar & Lounge to enjoy a complimentary cocktail, allowing the sounds of the ocean to complete your sense of renewal.
